If you have purchased a retirement documents subscription, you can add on a Spanish Forms package. This suite of documents includes translated Spanish versions of the following forms for Defined Contribution Plans: Summary Plan Description, Annual Notice (Safe Harbor, Auto-Enroll, SIMPLE), Participant Highlights, and Special Tax Notice. In addition, SMMs for new Mandatory and Optional Amendments (such as QLAC and Cease Safe Harbor Match) will be translated as they are added to the retirement document subscription.

ftwPro, our automated amendment module, is available for any retirement or welfare plan in a prototype format (plans with adoption agreements). In order to generate an amendment, you simply update the online checklist of the plan for the changes you want in your amendment, enter an effective date and the system will generate a customized formal record of action, summary of material modifications and amendment. The annual fee will make this feature available for all retirement and welfare prototype style documents in your account. Please contact us if you would like this feature added to your account.

If you subscribe to the 5500/PBGC Forms Package, you will be entitled to use all current and prior year forms beginning on the date you enroll. You may purchase future versions at the time they become available. The web-portal for e-filing is included at no additional charge.

If you subscribe to the intermediate Package, you will be entitled to the same access as a full subscription but you will be limited to preparing 5500s for 15 plans. Please contact us if you would like this intermediate subscription added to your account.

If you subscribe to the Defined Contribution Compliance Software, you will have access to all the software features for annual testing, recording, keeping and producing reports for your clients. Pricing is for number of plans based on the following schedule.

If you subscribe to the 1099 Forms Package, you will be entitled to access/use all the forms beginning on the date you enroll. You may purchase future versions at the time they become available. If you subscribe to the IRS Forms Package, you will be entitled to access/use these forms for a one-year period beginning on the date you enroll. Pricing is for each block of 250 plans.

The proposal software option includes unlimited plans with five proposals/plan and ten cross tested groups.

* The "per plan" option is not available for the IRS, 5500/PBGC Forms, or 1099s. The per adoption agreement/volume submitter document fee is imposed each time an adoption agreement/plan document is generated or re-run. If you generate a large number of documents each year, you may also choose an annual subscription (Retirement Plans - $3,415 per year/Welfare Plans - $1,880 per year/Non-Qualified - $1,490 per year) with no per document fee. There is no additional cost for generation of supporting materials. NOTE: A $695 annual maintenance fee will be charged to the account of each per plan customer to provide ongoing access to all document updates, required amendments and compliance materials. If you have an annual subscription to any of our document products, you will not be charged this per plan annual maintenance fee even if you are a per plan customer for other document types.
